OpenCV is a free for commercial or research use computer vision software library now actively maintained by Willow Garage Inc. with many other people world wide. It has a BSD style license which allows full, free, in whole or in part, commercial use without having to open the commercial code. This is Willow Garage's internal development tracking wiki for OpenCV. Active external developers may join in here as well.
